Enthusiastic and motivated, I am graduated in biotechnology at the University of Valencia and then I move to Barcelona for my master’s degree in industrial biotechnology at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Currently I am doing a PhD at Center of Genomic Regulation in the laboratory of Design of Biological Systems (Luis Serrano). The idea for my PhD is to engineer bacterial species for biomedical applications. In particular, I am working in the development of therapies based on the bacterium Mycoplasma pneumoniae  for the treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).
